Our Story
In June of 2021, Jamie moved to Seattle for work and met Glenn on Hinge five days later.
(Glenn still suspects it was the dating profile picture below that lured her in, but we’ll never know for sure!)
Their first date was at a sushi restaurant on Lake Union, where they closed the place down after four hours of talking and laughing.
By the time they left, they had already planned their second and third dates- a pickle ball picnic and wake surfing on Lake Washington.
They both knew they had met someone special the moment they met each other, and four months later they traveled halfway across the world on vacation to Malta. The trip ignited a mutual love for travel and saying “yes” to life. They have since been to Hawaii, Mexico, and Italy together, and their next adventure is moving to Arizona.
Their family has expanded by a Vizsla who they couldn’t love more (unfortunately she can’t come to the wedding, but she will be there in spirit!) and they continue wake surfing and playing tennis together regularly.
Getting married is the next step in their grand adventure together!
After all, you only get one ride on this rock, so you might as well spend it with someone you just can’t live without!
